Damaged or Incorrect Items

Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—fast.

Returns on Unused Items

Changed your mind? We accept returns on unopened, unused stock products in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Unused custom packaging is not eligible for returns unless there’s a defect or fulfillment error. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

All returns need pre-approval.

Sales reps aren’t able to approve returns, so our Returns & Exchanges form is the way to go.

Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. Charges will be deducted from your total refund.
